Recipe: Low-Sugar Peanut Butter Rice Krispy Treats


4 cups rice krispies cereal

1 cup all natural peanut butter

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 tbsp melted coconut oil

1/2 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Pour into an 8×8 baking dish.
  3. Place in the fridge or freezer to harden, then cut into 16 squares.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
