Ingredients (makes 9 servings):

• 4 cups sliced peaches (about 3-4 large peaches, can use fresh or frozen and slightly thawed)
• 2 Tbsp cornstarch
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon, divided
• 1 tsp almond extract
• 3/4 cup old fashioned oats
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 Tbsp melted butter
• 2 Tbsp maple syrup

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease an 8×8 baking dish. Add sliced peaches to the bottom of the dish.
2. Sprinkle on cornstarch, 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, and almond extract. Stir to combine.
3. In a separate bowl, mix oats, flour, melted butter, and maple syrup until well combined.
4. Pour oat mixture over peach mixture and spread evenly.
5. Bake at 350F for 45-55 minutes or until golden browned. If using frozen peaches, you will need to bake closer to 55 minutes.
6. Let cool before serving and enjoy!
